What would be the best route to take for my website?

I'm about to start up an auction website for webmasters to buy/sell domains, websites, templates, etc.. (should be up and running in the next 48 hours!).

I'm working on getting some links to my site. I've got a promoter that I've used in the past who is great at getting one-way links for me. I'm thinking about starting out with getting 100 one way links to my site. Based on overture's research tool, I was going to do various keywords in the anchor text. (see below). Should I use multiple keywords like this, or should I stick to just one or two?

Here's the number of links(pr1-pr8) per keyword phrase(based on overture) I had in mind:
    40 - website templates
    20 - buy domains
    10 - buy website traffic
8 - buy and sell domains
    8 - sell domain names
    7 - buy websites
    7 - buy hosting

I'm very new to SEO, and especially new to getting links(which I heard is the way to google's heart). Is 100 links a good number to start out with? Should I stick with fewer keyphrases? Thanks in advance guys!

Yes, stick with a few to start with. Ideally you should determine which will be your most profitable keywords and choose those.
