What would be the best CMS for 100 articles on forex?

    I would use the default and customize. Haven't bothered to look for a WP3 blank theme which would be my second choice. Premium theme if you don't know how to customize WP and that's just google for "top 10 premium wordpress themes" and read a few reviews.

    Just to clarify what he means by schedule, you actually post-date your articles with a future date. They will publish automatically when that date becomes current.
