What would be a good software to make?

I mean the real software not web based, like delphi. I started on a golf handicap software but stopped because i dont think there is too much of a market for it, what would be a good market to make some software. Please give me some good ideas.

 

make some software for what people are craving .....I mean some sort of SEO software that really works...I am sure you can make a lot of $$ out of it

w3bmaster, waht exactly is the market craving, that is waht i am asking.

 

A Golf Handicap or Score Program maybe helpful if it is written for the PDA platform since Golf is an outdoor sports.

For me, I actually look at myself as my first customer and developed something which I needed which others have not fulfil the solution for. Other features were added later from customers' feedbacks.

 

I agree with eddy2099, be the customer yourself first.

Think of something that agitates you, because it isn't efficient enough. Something that isn't easy enough. Then, create the program to make it that way.

This will usually happen from your main interests. If you like guitars, make a guitar tablature reader- those would be in high demand.
