What wordpress theme is this? How can I tell if its wordpress?

    I guess this is not a wordpress website, even if behind the website is written / wp-admin will redirect to the user name and password like in wordpress. But I'm sure not wordpress

    Looks like it is hand coded or some other CMS, not WordPress.
