what wordpress support all these features?

    i'm looking to put together a new media website. gonna need it to have the following features:

    - tags
    - categories (categorize into gifs, images, videos)
    - sort by tags & categories (top rated, top commented)
    - randomized by tag and\or category

    so yeah, thanks in advanced.
