I'm using Windows XP SP3 for now, 'cuz it came with my PC. I've no problems with it so I'm not looking forward to changing it soon. Anyway, if i do it it will be Win 7.

Windows 7. I just upgraded after using XP on various systems for years.

I also dual boot with Ubuntu on my desktop, and ArchLinux on my Laptop.

Windows7/XP is the greatest operating system ever?

Last week, I was out of town and needed to run OpenOffice and The Gimp for some writing and graphic touch up but I didn't have either of those installed on my laptop. So I called up my computer from home over the internet and ran both programs natively through my laptop. Didn't have to access the desktop either.

Then I needed to copy those graphic files from that home computer to a computer at another office in another city. I accomplished that with one line of text.

I'm not Windows. I am Linux - Unix - BSD. The greatest operating systems ever.

I still stick with XP, the faster you buy your processor, don't slow it with the heavier OS, you will feel like the old one LOL
