What will you give to your mon?

    Mother's day is near. What are you going to get for your mon?
    My mon live in another country so the only thing i could do is send her some money via western union..

    Sadly, we live over 1,000 miles away. Mom is 89, Dad is 91, and they live in sunny Tucson, Arizona. We live in the Pacific Northwest. They are trying to get rid of "things", so we'll send her a big bouquet of flowers, much love, a phone call on Mother's Day, and a two-month visit this coming fall, after I retire.

    my girlfriend and i planned to have lunch with my mom and dad to my Mom's fave restaurant. Aside from that i will also pay for her plane ticket coz she'll be going to the province to see her family. :)

    We had our Mothers day in the UK back in March. I think I got her a DVD she had been after for a long time and some flowers.

    In my country we have the VULAN's Day for Mothers. (just to Buddhism). In that day we pin a red rose on our dresses if our mothers are alive. Otherwise it's a white rose. In that case, so sad :( !

    My mum's been wanting to go back to her hometown because her dad's sick and she might not see him again so i think i'll pay for her fare (she can bring dad too so we can own the house for a couple of days..muhahaha!>:) ) and of course, a gift to complete the day;)
