    One of my domaind had a PR5 and then due to my stupid mistakes got blacklisted. I wasted so much time and effort on it. Best to just leave it alone. Trust me on this one.

    If you domain get blacklisted, you should give out the domain because it would take a long time to get your domain out of Google Sandbox.
    It not worth to continue anymore because your new update will no index and will not get ranking.

    even you remove your ip also nothing do with the domain , just point a new domain and foget about the blacklisted domain name.

    Just let it go, if it's blacklisted there's nothing you can do to save it unfortunately..
