i have downloaded hundreds of plr ebook come with Master Resell Right license. inside the ebooks there's an ad asking everybody to download there free ebook. so what will my customer think if they eventually know that i downloaded somewhere and sell to them. 2nd thing is i can only sell to them 1 time only after that they will download free ebook for themselve? wondering why the owner give resell rights if everything is free. what's ur opinion?
Because the value of those resell rights is "nothing." He can give it away free because it isn't worth anything. If you go out and try to sell it for some non-zero price, your market segment is "stupid people who will buy any damn thing" - which isn't a bad market segment, really.

Yes by using membership business model by imposing a certain fee in order to get access to more ebook.
I do this all the time. People assume that everyone is just chasing down free stuff waiting to pull a refund. I have found it mostly true in IM. Find a niche outside of this IM world. You provide value by finding and giving information that is useful to people. Just make sure you provide some value.
I think people are not that stupid to think that you are scamming since it can be downloaded for free and then you are selling it. I guess they will only think that that ads are just a front page and then after they clicking that it will goes to another homepage.
IF people are interested in your book, generally that would say that they are wanting to learn more. Depending on the niche, this means that they may not be aware of PLR. If its an SEO e-book, then yeah, there is a chance that people may know. Human Psychology says that people simply love getting free stuff, nad they love honesty. How about you tell them that it is a product that you purchased the rights to, and you want to give it away? People will appreciate that more than anything.
eBook normally is as a gift for giving away to people to understand the product better. If you sell FREE eBook, what do people think about you ? Do You think that you can make good sales ?
