What will my site be worth?

    I have this site, www.wiistop.com

    It should be PR5 by next update. If not, PR4 guaranteed.

    What will the site be worth? I have written some unique content for it, got a decent Wii-type theme, and gotten a few hundred backlinks already. The domain is over a year old, and has registration until 2008. Since it's such a brandable Wii domain (#1 Stop for Everything Wii), I think it could be worth something.

    So here's my question(s):
    If it is PR4 on the next update, what will it be worth?
    If it is PR5 on the next update, what will it be worth?

    Also, what could I do in the meantime to make it worth even more? If I got over $500 for this site, I'd be so happy.

    Edit: DNScoop values this site at $268 with a PR0.

    Depend your ranking on major search engine and your traffic. Pointless if you just build it and have no audiences.

    A PR5 site with TLA can earn maybe $100/month though, so that has to be factored in as well, right?
