What will I need to start my own GPT?

Im thinking of starting my own GPT, I know that I will need a Domain, Layout, Hosting, offers, easy-to-manuever website, members, etc. What else will I need. I also wanted to know where I could get offers from advertisers on my website? How do I know where to find these advertisers? Is there anything I missed?

You're gonna have to focus on your traffic. Bringing in conversions isn't the easiest thing to do. Not too many GPT's succeed considering the fact that most GPT sites have a huge market share.
