What will happen if I don't pay my negative balance?

    On my Paypal Account, I have negative 550.
    What will be happened if I will not pay it?

    I cannot remove my Information from my Paypal Account. It says something that I can't do it.
    Help me.

    Nothing much is going to happen as you are from Philippines and not USA. Also, its not a big amount. :)

    Your debt may be forwarded to a local collection agency if PayPal wishes.
    You'll also be banned from creating and using any new PayPal accounts on the name until the debt is cleared.
