    If there will be no Pr than you cant discriminate between good and bad it will be like you want to eat in a good restaurant but you dont know where to find it all looks the same and you end up eating at some shitty place

    I don't think so, by PR we can judge the quality of site. There are many parameter required for Pr.
    Google is rank any site according to Pr.

    I don't think that page rank will affect on SEO, almost people want ranking position in major search engines, only some of people want Google PR, for me it would be good if Google remove Pages rank...:)
