We will become more calm without all the buggy posts about the stupid PR :p
LMAO, what a lame statement  The sites will rank like they do it now, based on their behind-the-scenes complicated calculation algorithms, PR is a mere number to make people happy when they see it increase but it's overrated and it has no significant value when it comes to the SERPs.

Than all the heavy Link sales earner will commit suicide.
There is nothing related to PR when it comes to traffic and traffic equals to $$.

That will be Thank God! Honestly speaking PR isn't that useful, just that as it is from Google, webmasters look at it as the barometer of success or failure on their SEO efforts. This being removed will certainly help organic SEO and decrease the numbers of Black Hats around.

Nothing would change in terms of serps. People would just have better things to do than worry about getting a higher pr. But i can tell you for sure that if dmoz magically disappeared, that would considerably number of desperate, yet basically repetitive threads posted.

Google PR doesn't even existed a few years before, and the SEO companies are doing a great business then. The disappearance of PR won't lead to any collapse and we can safely ignore backlinks but concentrate on how to best present our web site with original and good content.

If google removes PR, then morons will stop focusing on it, and can concentrate on things that are actually important ;)

pr is what made google what it is today, ie the leading SE.
they realized that links matter, and were the 1st to use that in the serps.
also i love to remind folks that one of google's founders is named Page.
so my answer to OP is: lol:D

If that happened, the Google sub-forum would go dead and we would soon see dust-balls blowing around the place :)

Totally agree with him, it is important how we present our websites towards our readers and visitors, and that is possible with quality content. PR was introduced by google to do somthing new in the search engine's market, and make things a bit more complex and competitive, and i beleive that PR has nothing to do with a website's Rankings and traffic.
