    Hello Folks,

I have a question, I am currently working on a project that will require using paypal to send/receive money ... I was thinking about using send money via paypal as a gift to avoid extra fees, but will paypal feel suspicious about my account if all the transactions that I do is done as a gift? .. what do you think?

I don't think so, it doesn't say in their TOS "Don't send every payment as a gift" so they can't really do anything to you anyways. However try to keep in mind, they're providing a service to you for little to no cost, so paying little fee's here and there isn't that bad. So on some smaller transactions I would at least pay the fee's on those, but that's just me :p.

I agree with you pp is doing a great work and if everyone sent money as gift it will shutdown ... but I am planning to do this with the big payment and pay from time to time for the small transactions .. thank you replying and sharing your knowledge with us :)

If you want to do this for big transaction then its fine, but in case you start doing this in all the transaction then Paypal will suspend you account and ask you to provide the information related to the transactions you doing. Then they will caught you and disable your account. So please be careful, by doing a small mistake you can lose your Paypal for lifetime.
