what will Get you kicked from Adsense?

    hi I have some questions. What kind of things will get you kicked from Adsense? I know auto surfing. Pictures next to your ads. Asking people to click on your ads.
    1. What kind of traffic can I buy that won't get me kicked from Adsense?
    2. Are Banner Exchange Network OK to use?
    3. Should I be worried about going to my site but not clicking on my ads?

    1. Pop-up/under traffic
    2. As far as I know these are fine
    3. I have done this for a year with no problems
