My site is atm PR4. Here are my backlink's PR info: PR7=2 PR6=5 PR5=42 PR4=20 PR3=15 PR2=3 PR1=9 PR0=601 It must be PR5 or?
No way to tell with just that amount of info. There are many more factors. How many outbound links does each backlink have? Do any use the no-follow tag Are any of the backlinks on the same IP?
If the backlinks are the PR use the nofollow tag, then they won't pass any pr juice at all. Also, what if the pr7s were dropped domains that are now link farms? Or what if the PR7s now have 100's of outbound links? You can't look at just the PR value.
100 outbound links is a TON of outbound links. If the pr7s you have backlinks from have more than about 25 outbound links per page, then the linkjuice passed is dramatically reduced. Also, how have you determined what your google backlinks are? Have you used the Google 'link' command, or have you checked in Google Webmaster Centeral? Those are the ONLY methods you should use to determine what backlinks are calculated in your google pr.
I checked with this tool: http://seopro.com.au/free-seo-tools Please for some response if you like this tool.

Whatever information you posted here, no one other than Google can predict what actually your next rank will be. There are many more factors attached with it than just a high PR links.
as everyone else has said, you need to know the number of outbound links on those pages to even give an estimate
