Hello: My friend have just opened a BPO Solution Company... I'll be handling the web and graphics department there! We was thinking about my designation??? what should a person called who manages all web development and graphics related work? i am a graphics designer my self... I am looking for a designation that will show both that i am related to graphics and i am in Head or in charge or will lead them or something... i dont know basically ??? i thought it would be best to ask all you DPians... Any idea?
CEO (D&G) This is professional because the CEO posts has departments against it. Can also be CDG -Chief Graphics Designer You can also forget all this & name your staff on a whole new naming convention, this will be creative & will appeal to customers. Contact me if you need help.
The Chief of Design Departments are referred to as "Creative heads". And employee designations are one of the many things one should do good research on before formulating a full fledged company! Duh ...
