Hello, I wouldnt know how to start with SEO, but what would 1000$-4000$ worth of SEO actually get me? I am looking to rank high for such search key words like: 'game servers' 'game servers hosting' 'game servers provider' 'counter strike source' What sort of company would I be best going to? I am not looking for immediate services so this is best suited in this forum, I am just doing some research to see if its worth investing the money or if its best to just keep it? Will I increase position alot? I am interested in UK traffic only.
Save your money and do it yourself. Just spend time building lots of links and lots of content and with time, your site will rank well. In the meantime, if you want some traffic, buy some advertising and try PPC (Adwords).
try to advertise on UK websites, related ones, from search engines you will get visitors from everywhere.
Already paying for Google adwords. What other possible advertising works? Pay for around 100 clicks a day on Google. Cant seem to get anything higher.
Buy links on gaming , online gamging related sites , text links or banner space , this will give you traffic and from site like this people are always looking for hosting , game servers like my site for one godsofwarfare.net
you can gain more traffic and visitors by acquiring a Good SEO company their service is tested and can guarantee you competitive PR.. but remember just to look for testimonials from their site which can be trusted so that you can spend you money appropriately..
Instead investing 1000$ in SEO, i would do the following.. Buy adwords, and place adsense, I've seen this on several people the ratio was 4/1, so basically they put in 100$ and got 400$ out of clicks. It's still just 'to be tested'. If you really wish for your own business to grow up for those keywords, I suggest you just buy some links in your game-server niche, from UK sites only, also you might spend a bit on some SEO Expert, but definetly not 1000$
If my website was brand new and it was a serious site i'd be promoting, $1k would go into directory submissions. If your looking for a quick solution, there is no quick solution for SEO. I'd give PPC a try..
