As someone navigating the e-commerce landscape, I’ve definitely faced challenges like managing inventory, staying ahead of the competition, and figuring out effective marketing strategies.

The competition in ecommerce is high, ranking for the product you are selling is very difficult. Even sometimes doing a proper SEO doesn't work.

The most difficult thing is optimizing and to scaling your business to sell on multiple marketplaces. I would suggest looking at Sellbright, Browntape, and VendorElite to get going with the right software. We use VendorElite, but there a few options out there.

Oh man, love this topic, been through quite a few headaches myself
One of the biggest “pains” I ran into early on was wasting weeks trying to find winning products, only for them to flop. Also, ads were a nightmare, either too expensive or just didn’t convert. And don’t even get me started on slow suppliers and shipping issues, especially when I used AliExpress back in the day. Nothing kills repeat customers like 30-day delivery.
What helped me personally was switching to Sellvia. They’ve got US-based shipping, which solved the delay issue, and their pre-loaded product packs take all the guesswork out of what to sell. Plus, their marketing tools are already integrated, so I wasn’t fumbling around with ads from scratch.
Anyway, hope that helps! Looking forward to seeing the guide, sounds like a solid resource in the making.
