What websites offer the best templates?

If possible, I'm most interested in the type of packages where for a certain price, they provide numerous templates of all sorts. I've stumbled upon some of those websites but forget their url, didn't bookmark them.
I know for a lot of websites that offer you just one template for a certain price but I'm actually more interested in buying a whole pack. That sort of a deal works out better for me. Thanks.
