What websites are quickly indexed by Google

I want to link to sites that get indexed by Google Quickly. Which sites index more quickly with Google then others?

I have noticed that back links are very important to a website. Establishing good back links with high ranking sites (from what I gather) is equally important. What are the websites that are quickly indexed to Google. I see that Yahoo tend sot index very very quickly. So I tend to think there has to be places that are preferred by them?
