What we need to consider for compatible for IPAD

    Regarding design:
    at first - we have screen resolution with wide=1024px
    at second - buttons must be big enough for touching them by fingers
    third - the most important item is - that on IPad we have no "mouse over" at all. Only "mouse click" we have.

    Regarding CSS:
    we must take into consideration Safari browser behaviour
