Wow, probably 1997 it was one of those /~myusername from the isp. Edited it using pico (I think...). I have only hard copies remaining...thank goodness.
I'm not legally allowed to say the actual domain name. But my first real website was an electronics information site back in '97ish. I turned it into an ecommerce enabled site right before the ecommerce boom and was offered $40k for it. At the time I thought it was a great deal. Today the site generates something like $10 million in sales each year...damnit! lol

My first website was about a game called 'Netstorm: Islands at war'. I created my own clan and played that game alot. My site was build with messy frames and standart rolloverbuttons in frontpage. Really crappy lol Anyway, its offline. I hosted it at my little space availeble at my ISP. Didnt make any cash with it.

my first website was networksollutions.com (with two Ls) and I was making a killing until trademark issues became a problem. Surprisingly they were very cool about it and let me run the website as an affiliate for several years... very nice of them.
