No car for me, I am looking to buy another bike - A Suzuki Hayabusa (if poss) when I finish my education 3-5 years from now . Till then I will be stuck with my 180 CC bike with a top speed of 60 mph
My first car was a late 60s Holden Kingswood HK given to me by my grandfather. It was gorgeous, and in beautiful condition - which is why I sold it. I sold it to pay for the restoration of my first Peugeot (the first of many). Never owned anything but Pugs since
I know this is a necro but cars are in my blood . My 1st car I owned was a horrid little renault 13 whit horrid little 1.3 engine . Served me well until the transmission mounts failed .
Renault 13? Doesn't exist. ??? I drove a Renault 12 for a year in the mid 90s. It was a brilliant little car. Insanely light to drive, front wheel drive, same seats as the Peugeot 504 (best seats EVER made!), stupidly big boot (errm "trunk") for such a little car. I want a RENAULT 16. My parents had one when I was a kid. It had voice operated windscreen wipers... you could take your hands off the wheel and get the kids in the backseat to yell "WIPERS!" and they'd go on, which as an 8 year old was terribly impressive ... Until I learnt that they were actually foot operated, and that my dad was playing a great trick on everyone. Sadly, they're pretty much impossible to find in Australia anymore. Lovely cars. I'd buy one in an instant if I could find a good one.
my first car was handed down to me and it's a great little '87 toyota 4runner that's been chugging for 211,000 miles now
