There are many video game news sites, review sites, cheat and FAQ sites. I don't mind dabbling in a little bit of any of those, but I'm looking for a unique niche that isn't over saturated and is profitable. I have 1500$ to invest in developing and advertising the website but I don't have the muscle to compete with the likes of Gamespot, IGN or even Kotaku for that matter. I also am not interested in creating a large website but rather something that I can manage and update with about 2, possibly 3 hours of daily input possibly in a blog form. I have a lot of knowledge about everything video games from the game themselves to the industry mechanics. You don't need to give me specifics, but some out of the box ideas would be greatly appreciated.
