    Detecting Online Commercial Intention
    Input a search term or URL and get their Commercial Intention and the confidence score.
    For example, if users are searching for query: LCD monitor, it is very likely that they want to
    purchase a LCD monitor,therefore the commercial intention is strong with confidence = 0.74.
    For Web pages, we define two levels of commercial intention: informational and transactional.
    General speaking, transactional commercial intention is closer to purchase.
    We assign confidence to each level of commerical intention.
