What URL Do I Provide a CJ Advertiser When There's No Site Yet

I'd like to start some affiliate sites using CJ but when signing up with CJ advertisers I need to provide a URL. The problem is that URL does not exist yet because I'm trying to get advertiser's ads to make up the content for the site - similar to one of Jeremy Palmer's sites (http://www.valentines2006.com). Any suggestions how to get around this problem?

Create a site with real content before signing up. Having a site with ALL advertisers sure won't get you a lot of traffic and you shouldn't have a site made JUST for advertisers, that's pretty lame. Your site should have real content at least, that's what will attract users.
