I want to start a web hosting company but was wondering if any of you are making a nice living with your hosting company only.Please pm me some info i would need on starting.Thanks for any and all help.

 

its hard to make a living off it at first but if you can establish yourself, you can most definitely retire on it (you gotta be smart about your decisions)

you may want to think about getting a small reseller plan to start off and then take it from there.

Start slow, do it right, I wouldn't expect a huge return to quick either.

 

There are tones of web hosting companies to tell you different stories, it depends on 'you' and not the niche to be successfull.

 

If you are just after money, hosting industry is not the one for you.

It takes time to earn reputation here and you need to work hard to maintain it afterwards.

And, I know people who are making a living with hosting biz., but, again it takes time.

 

I assume that the easiest way to get started on the web hosting business is having reseller account for it. Actually that is the easiest way. Just make sure you have hands on support

 

It's possible to make nice income for living, but keep in mind it takes YEARS, requires a truckload of HARD work, lots of EXPERIENCE and many SLEEPLESS nights. So think tiwce before starting - is it really for you?

 

Everything depends upon your skills, temparament and attitude.
Rest depends upon your server, services and support system.
