You need to get them to link somehow, whether it's a press release, create some kind of link bait, or whatever (avoid a paid place, probably on Google's radar already). It might require effort to establish relationships, but it will reward in relevancy. Obviously, social media is real estate's biggest potential: your customers and their dreams. You're in real estate, so you should know about how to best exploit that. You just need to get it a plan made for social media and implement it.

These could be websites that offer buying or selling advice, financial calculators, etc. Also, like ryan_uk suggested, try local newspaper websites or magazines to try and get some articles published or your work linked to. These are extremely valuable and much more worth your time than blog commenting or other methods.

 

Property managers, Mortgage companies, reality associations any other companies that might profit from a home sale. You could contact local businesses and ask about partnerships.
