I'm looking to make a new site, but I don't know what sort of site to make. I'd like something that's going to sell for a minimum of $400 on Site Point. Any ideas?

First off, If you ask for a generic type of site to create, It will most likely fail. Why? There are thousands of similar sites already on the internet. Brainstorm some things you enjoy doing, or that you would enjoy researching. Also think of innovative things that you would like to see on the internet. Research your Brainstormed ideas, which ones are already flooded with content, which ones have an obvious untapped wealth? Once you find that niche, You need hardwork and a little innovation.
