What type of platform am I looking for? Video site

    I am planning on starting a website that will allow for users to upload videos to the website. I would also like the option for people to be able to vote on which videos are the best. I am looking for more of a youtube site? or I can I do this on a wordpress kind of thing?

    If there is something else, let me know.
