Premier unless you are working with a semi-large business.

they are pretty much the same except business accounts let you make sub-accounts

If you are operating as a private individual then your option is a Premier account. If you have a registered business in your country with a bank account registered under your business name, you can opt for the Business account otherwise your only option is the Premier account.

Since all cash must be withdraw to a bank account (directly or via check), it would be made in the account name and as such for a Business account, the payment would be made in your business name. If you do not have a bank account with that name, you may not be able to get your money.

Go to Paypal and click the 'Sign Up' link on the top and follow through. You will need a bank-issued credit card to verify the account.

You go to www.paypal.com and then do the signup procedures.First you can open a non verified account. Once your credit card arrives, you can then get your paypal account verified based on the code number that you receive from the Bank after the first transaction is made through Paypal. But first, you must apply for a credit card.

Premier account unless you have a established business with legal papers.

Hi there - for individuals it is best to have a premier account.

I have a business account and they make you jump through masses of hoops - while being a pain in the butt, it is worth it. If you do find you are selling more than you expected - then it is worth upgrading in the future as you can get reduced fees.
