What type of Link building we have to do for better result?

    Hello friends..
    As Google regularly updates its algorithm then I like to ask what next type of link building would be more benificial for us? So many said high PR sites are good as per today updation. But i don't think like that high PR site help us in link building in that much quantity.
    IF any want to share for this you are welcome....

    Blog commenting gives better result. It should have high PR list.
