What type of incentive can I use for my local biz landing page?

    I own a senior living referral company. We are basically Realtor's for senior living facilities.

    I will have a great landing page up soon with video and want to offer some form of incentive for them to sign up and look at our properties.

    Any idea's?

    Gift card, I-pod monthly drawing, etc? The majority of people who sign up will be women.

    Any ideas?
