I'm making a wallpapers site, with celebrity wallpapers.

I would like to use adsense on their when its fully developed but would like to know if the content is a bit too risky?

I have removed anything that's full on nude, with tits out etc However where do you think adsense would draw the line?

There has been quite a few images with see-through clothes on that i have deleted and anything with just a partial nipple has been removed.

Can someone offer advise on this please.

Adsense does not allow 'adult' content.. That said, it's sometimes hard to define "adult".. IMHO, i think anything up to a PG rating would be ok. I did a quick run-thru of your site, and I didnt see anything that was over the line (in my opinion).. A good rule of thumb is that if you would not want your mother, or young daughter to see it, then it's over the line..
On another note, it might be hard to get targeted ads on your site because there is no (or not much) text-content for the Adsense bot to read..
