What type of computer do you use? A laptop or a Desktop?

i use desktop,,,,,, my system is very old model,,, celeron processor, 768 MB RAM, 40 GB hard disk, CRT monitor,,,,,, but my computer making me $300++ daily,,,, i love my computer

 

I am using laptop due to mobility factor. I think it doesn't matter for you to use laptop or desktop since each has pros and cons. The important thing, it can suit with our lifestyle.

but i think laptops are slower dan desktop
labtops are easy to carry..nd desktop easy in maintainence
laptops are expensive ..desktops are cheap
both have advantages nd disadvantages

My Main computer is my laptop, with 4 gigs of ram and a 2.0 dual core I cant be bothered with the extra space for the pc, I next to never use my pc.

i have turned to laptops as they are portable and is blessed with all new technology that u could not acess on desktop.

I prefer using Desktop since it can be always upgraded whereas in case of laptop once the model becomes old it looks like a trash for the person using it since it cannot be upgraded.

 

Well i am using laptop since 2 year.

 

I'm using a desktop and I prefer using it.

 

laptop man here....I travel alot so find it invaluable to be able to pickup and move anytime, anywhere. Also, i find that I don't need the extra power that I could get for the same price if I bought desktop.

in work notebook with external display and keyboard, home using desktop
its about your health, you can not watch 12" laptop display all the time and use tiny keyboards

 

desk top for the office, laptop for the road, Road office includes external monitor, mouse and keyboard

 

i use desktop.................in laptops many prob. arises like with new technologies overtakes the old ones nd u can't change the processor of the laptop coz its integrated with the board...........nd if u want to change configuration u hv to first look out in market for the availablity f tht part.............

 

Of course ur rite laptops are portable and handy but their performance cannot be compared with the same specs desktop computer.Desktops are much more powerfull and easy to upgrade bt main advantage of laptops is portability. So I also have both at my home dektop and laptop also so i enjoy both better power and portability
