what type of charge this is from paypal?

Hai folks,



I recently got registred few domains.
today when i was going through the paypal payments histry csv, i found above transaction.
what does it mean "charged buyer credit" ?

 

Maybe they mean like rechrging ur paypal account but does it really matter ??

may be coz i got couple of refunds as well. so it must be a refund then.

One time I got charged twice from the seller, so I got a refund, may be it's the case
