Well, I have a website that has some qualities listed ahead and I'm looking for some ad-publishing service on that that could pay the highest. I was using Google Adsense but they disabled publishing for my website due to an image which I removed later and they don't wanna accept me again. My website details: Medical health website 3500 Daily Visitors 6000 Daily Impressions 3-5 static pages Smxchange offered me to use their ads but I don't think they pay good. They asked to use pop-under ads that pay $0.3 to $3 max. I don't know if it would really work because in many cases browsers block pop ups. I have infolinks in mind over my content but what should I use for ads ?

Yeah but can't use adsense anymore. I earned $40 a day with it so not interested in a CPM of any less than 6$ per 1000 impressions. Pop unders would be good.
try bid traffic if your traffic is mostly come from the search engines. their PPC rate for medic related keywords are extremely high, you may get $5/click.
Try adsense use they are the best ad network and they show relevant ads this means you will get more click.
i can tell you right now that you will NOT get 6$ CPM AT best you get 1.5$ for good .us traffic, but if its the site you got in your signature, then no way
