Try Free Monitor for Google: It is a free SEO software designed both for SEO specialists and webmasters. It allows you to find out the rank of your website in Google Top for popular keywords, focus your promotion efforts more precisely then and get more traffic from Google. Google Monitor keeps statistics for several URLs and several lists of keyword

Traffic Travis Pro 4 is good, or you can also use Market Samurai's Rank Tracker option. This two are the tools which i am currently using.

Just has suggested in this thread i like to try on Siteopsys and Free Monitor for Google.

iwebtool or backlink watch very good websites with everythng you need also try it yourself by checking out different websites i use the Ctrl + f to find keywords on other peoples sites. Do your own research dont allways count on tools, because your not the only one using that tool and sometimes the results may be the same if a few people are targeting the same keywords as you

I, personally don't rely on any online tool. Our team check keywords ranking manually. However, there are some tools which we use to explore/discover related keywords but again not rely on tools for ranking.
