    There is no any specific Tools but just make a group or add more and more people and just share your product and give them guidance about your product and go for continuous engagement in Questions Answers section,it will really helps you to increase the traffic.

    Hi, You can use the "massive list of shared circles". Just Google it and you will get to the list. From that list you can find circles related to your niche and add people in those circles into your circles very easily. This way you will build a great audience to share your updates. You can also use Empire Avenue to bring some +1s and Followers to your G+ business page.
