    Used SenukeX and NoHands seo with comment kahuna and comment hut lite in past, they gave good results.

    In 2015, I do all the work manually as it is easy to manage and track.

    I simply use Google AdWords Keyword Planner. It is simple to track which keywords appeared in which position after working on them.
