What tool would you use for French Keywords

I have to make a keyword analysis for a French Website. Normally I use wordtracker but this tool does not support French keywords.

What tool do you suggest?

I also use Overture but I've never been convinced on the quality of the results when applied to Google.

Is the Google tool my only real option?
