What tool lets you email webmasters about a broken link ?

A tool that checks all your backlinks and allows you to email a webmaster about their link when it is found to be broken. Also, a tool that checks the webmaster's page for cheating. What is cheating? How about when they are blocking search engine robots from indexing the page which contains your linking code? How is this done? Robots.txt file and also with a no index, no follow meta tag on the actual page...

This is done frequently by crafty people. Webmasters like to cheat. You exchange a link, but their link to you will never count towards your link popularity factor since the page never gets indexed! But they have a nice one way link to their site from you. :> Right?

So again, what tool or website allows you to spot this "cheating" over time, and send an email to the webmaster with the click of your mouse containing all the pertinent information about your link, where it was on their site, and that you want it fixed or you will remove the link on your site to their site... :>

Believe it or not, there is a tool that does all this:

Krishnaegurus, I'm the co-developer of Zlinkexchange.com, and this is the correct forum. Did you have a question about the site?

If you swapped a link w/ another webmaster - you can usually go back and look at their source code and see if they A) have the link as a nofollow or B) they have a link page and they don't allow SEs to crawl the page to index it

You don't need a tool - just a know how...

however, the rest you talked about, you do need a tool for...
