    I haven't tried many, but read reviews mainly on these (besides SEO Spyglass):

    1. Open Site Explorer - But it's limited to 1,000 links - then you have to pay.
    2. Majestic SEO - Same free/paid concept as Open Site Explorer
    3. Bing Webmaster Tools Link Explorer

    I suggest you to try each one and then make a decision which one suits you best.
