What tool do i need?

    I am looking for a tool to design my own CSS simple own website template what would be the best tool to use if there is one like a drag and drop tool if it is out there?

    dreamweaver, dunno how good the wysiwyg editor is since i dont use those kind of editors

    I use dreamweaver, as the intellisense speeds up the process, and reduces the typing requirements.

    You may use Dreamweaver Or Microsoft Interdev 6.0 (One of the product of visual studio 6)

    yes dreamweaver is the best one out there now.
    i haven't used the latest dreamweaver but heard it's all CSS and W3C validated , is that right?!

    I use TOpstyle 3 for editing of my css, its easy to use and you dont need much knowledge to use it, althought it came in 20 day free demo version but price is very cheap to buy it after 20 days,

    I recomend Dreamweaver.
    But notepad is also possible to use :)

    One more vote for Dreamweaver! I learned CSS from tutorials at Tizag.com and then used the built in DW tools to create external CSS sheets which you link to your webpage.

    Has been really easy and very useful!
