I don't have a blog and I don't aim commenting, but considering what I comment I can give you this tips:
    1. People comment on things that don't like. Like "Americans are stupid". This topic will have more comments then "Britney Spears have a new album.
    2. Hot topics. I comment when somethings is very interesting for me and I want to have a talk with the people in the discission.
    3. Hate topics. This is somehow similar to the first one but a lot more powerful. Let's say that A LOT of people hate Justin Beaber(not sure for the name). If you write a topic "This guy has a dog face and he's a shame for the music industry" people will comment like a snowball. One will write "yes, he is" and 100 more will say more ugly things about Justin. Someone may say "no" and he'll regret it :)

    Best regards :)

    JamesColin,

If you're interested in increasing your comment count for your articles, you're going to want to think about how your content can be used to generate interactivity between you and your viewers. Really analyze your content and break it down bit by bit.

How does it help your viewers?
Does it solve a problem your viewers are currently having?
Can it prevent a problem your viewers might encounter?
Is it relevant to the kind of information they want?
Is it intended to truly help them or just make you a buck?

It's all about reaching out to your customers, so make sure your content is something that will truly help them. This will ensure that you're spreading good vibes with whatever content you put out and that your viewers will come back to you time and time again.

Also, don't be afraid to ask for comments in your posts. Ask your viewers what they thought of the article. Ask them if there's anything they want to add, or anything that they'd change. Don't just post an article. Post an article and follow up with it by asking your viewers for their thoughts on it.
