What to write about?

I have a pc game demo download site and one of the link building techniques everyone seems to go on about is article writing and submission.

I know this may sound stupid but can someone give me some ideas on what I could write about in relation to game demos?

Go spend time experiencing similar sites. That will give you more than enough ideas.

You could give reviews as far as the demo trial goes. You can rate how well the game based on its impact in reality , related to graphics, type, etc. You can also criticize on the name of the game. Perhaps you dislike the name of the game, or believe it does not fit the title it has been given. Good luck.

Give it a good title. Sketch out a template intro, middle and conclusion. Put bullet points in each section and then turn them bullet points into sentences. ;) Write about advantages and disadvantages, how it feels to play the game, demo game restrictions, cost of full version. overview on the game, where you can buy the game, etc. ;)

I don't know much about game reviews, but in a book review the writer will sometimes answer a question or compare the text with other similar texts. So maybe you could compare the demo to other games? Try to aniticpate a gamers questions about the game. Work the question into the lead then answer the question in the body. Make sense?

So do you think it is worth writing game reviews and submitting each of them to article directories?

I'd look into sites that rate games and ask for user ratings. Then you leave your url right smack dab with the target audience. Give a thoughtful review, though. Don't make is pure sales or it might not get approved.

You can write about each game,a review of each game on your site, what kind of game it is?Is it for children, teenagers or for all ages?Exciting articles creating hype for people who want to play a demo of a game before purchasing it

If you have a passion for what your writing about it always helps.
Rate the games on how you feel, if you hate something say so! People want honest reviews even if your opinion differs from the majority.
