I'm creating a short Shipping Terms policy, and want to know the first things you look for under a Shipping Terms policy; I've included the obvious like arrival time, shipping time, and where products are shipped from, but this is only like three lines, what else can I include
If you have any form of limitations on your shipping you should add that. For example, are you shipping out of the US? Will you ship to 48 states only? Will you charge more for shipping to other countries? If so, how much? etc. Also, do you have a return policy? If not, maybe you should consider having one or putting it in your shipping policy.
