I think im still a long time away from needing to do this, but I'm curious to know when some of you have formed a legal business around your web projects? Is it based on profits? the type of business/risk/liability? I'm not looking for legal advice that I can take to the bank, but if you're willing to throw out some specifics on when/how you decided to do this, I think it will be really helpful for myself and other members. e.g. "i decided to form an s-corp when i was making 5 digits, because I could reinvest profits and not be taxed "
